The year 2013 is already quite significant and decisive for three excellent reasons for Jacynthe. First, on the personal side, she has announced she is expecting her first child in October!

And professionnally, her current radio single Locked Down is skyrocketing in Canada: it is currently number 28 on the Top 50 Canadian spins BDS (April 5, 2013) !

Following the Canadian success of Locked Down, her record label Whammo Music is proud to announce exclusive licenses abroad. Its french version will be distributed in France, Switzerland and Belgium, as well as Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States, including Ukraine, Russia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Moldavia, Turkmenistan, the Republic of Belarus, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

The english version of Locked Down has been licenced for the following African countries: South Africa, Mozambique, Namibia and all territories of The South African Music Rights Organization (SAMRO): Botswana, Swaziland and Lesotho

Locked Down was co-written by Jacynthe, in collaboration with the Canadian twins Ryanand Dan Kowarsky, known as RyanDan (Shawn Desman, Danny Fernandes, Mia Martina, Massari, Tyler Medeiros) and mastered by Chris Gehringer at Sterling Sound, à New York (Rihanna, Chris Brown, Adam Lambert, Flo Rida, Pink, One Direction).
